As an executive coach, Ranieka has supported leaders in industries such as tech, healthcare, media, insurance, accounting, trade associations, nonprofits, and a national union. Her expertise includes setting boundaries, emotional agility, adult development, team dynamics, and inclusive leadership. She also serves as adjunct faculty for the American Management Association and is SHRM-SPC and PCC certified. Ranieka completed her coaching training at Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership.
