Katie brings to HEROIC a background in higher education and student professional development. She is driven by mission-centered work, is committed to closing the communication loop on any open thread, and is endlessly curious to learn new things. With past experience in Learning Management System course development and running educational tech training for diverse stakeholders, Katie is adept at building, documenting, and refining tech platform processes that enhance the student experience.  Katie earned her Masters of Education from the College of Student Affairs at Penn State University and her BA from Ithaca College in Sociology.
