Danielle
Wolffe

Danielle is more than just a ghostwriter and editor—she’s a literary detective who finds the clues that unlock the most powerful and poetic stories. Her experience as an investigative journalist allows her to empathetically and carefully interview, listen to, and guide authors as they discuss difficult subject matters. Danielle specializes in human rights and trauma-based memoirs, novels, and leadership books.
Her work has appeared in the Associated Press, the Nation, and on NPR’s All Things Considered. Books she has ghostwritten for her clients have sold to both Big 5 publishers like Hachette Book Group and smaller publishing presses as well. Danielle’s knack for poetic jerry-rigging and her extensive writing and editing experience make her a valuable asset to the HEROIC Writing Faculty. Danielle is a proud alumni of San Francisco State University and lives in New York City with her dog, Zena.
