Patricia doesn't follow convention.

You might think she does, as she dove headfirst into a corporate career with roles at Century 21 and Ingram Micro before earning an MBA at Notre Dame.  But after working her way up at a couple of companies that got acquired by Oracle and IBM, she landed at Starbucks – and made an unconventional choice. She turned down a promotion in favor of being of service to the people she has always cared for the most, team members. Her roles in human resources, organization and leadership development have given her an unvarnished, hierarchy-free, direct line of sight into the everyday impact leaders have on teams.

Concurrently, she developed a seemingly unnecessary sided hustle teaching. That defiance won her an Instructor of the Year award, landed her an invitation to publish research and opened doors to teaching undergraduates at University of Washington, Bothell and professionals at UCLA Extension.

She started her company Bravo For You by bucking convention again, transitioning from the security of the corporate world to consulting, where she’s become known for her human-centered empathetic leadership programs and masterful facilitation with clients like Sony Pictures, T-Mobile, Amazon and more.
