Nicole Serena has worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 28 years, many of those year at Bayer Inc. She is the President and Managing Director, PSPConsult, a division of Waldron & Associates and co-Managing Director of The Cadence Learning Company Inc. She has over 10 years of experience in Patient Access and has consulted with over 20 Pharmaceutical Manufacturers assisting with their Patient Support Programs. She is a recognized author and speaker and has presented at Patient Access conferences within the USA and Canada over the past 7 years.
Nicole is the published author of 2 books, Top Talent - How to Hire Your Dream Intern and Top Talent 2 - How to Become A Dream Intern. She has also co-authored 3 course for the Council for the Continuing Pharmaceutical Education and a series of Whitepapers during the COVID-19 pandemic focusing on the Healthcare Industry.
