Deborah Johnson, M.A. speaker, author, creative artist and entrepreneur, has written multiple books, albums and musicals and produces the popular podcast Women at Halftime. She uses her experience as a headline entertainer to bring excellence to the stage for unique and inspiring presentations. Her fifth book, The Summit: Journey to Hero Mountain, an allegory based on the principles of her trademarked program Hero Mountain®, came out fall of 2021. She relishes the creative process and has focused on helping those at mid-career or the halftime of life maximize their skills, talents and resources to create a significant and fulfilling next chapter of their life and business and was past president of the National Speakers Association, Los Angeles.
Deborah has been a performer and creator her entire life, producing her own one-woman show all around the country and performing in the headline dueling piano act, Double Grandé. She has been up for multiple GRAMMY® Awards, spending over 20 years in the entertainment industry. Deborah has built multiple self-driven businesses and is an expert on how to constantly reinvent yourself in a gig-economy. Out of necessity, she learned how to use technology in her business, particularly in producing multiple Online Courses, Livestreams, Virtual Events and Videos. She knows what it feels like to be stuck and she’s been able to apply the principles she speaks about in her keynote successfully to exit a technical as well as personal and professional roundabouts.
She enjoys being outside and traveling with her husband and also loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. Deborah speaks and performs for both live and virtual events.
