About This Role

The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will lead the strategy and execution across various channels including but not limited to social media networks (primarily LinkedIn), our website, new content platform, and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive message to our audience. The person in this role will wear many hats, as a creative strategist with deep knowledge of digital marketing and an implementer, getting things done and managing others to do the same.

They will create and manage automated pipelines in Hubspot in collaboration with the sales team to analyze the viability of incoming leads and create nurturing campaigns that will elicit excitement and attract the kind of candidates we serve best. They will also be responsible for reporting the return on investment of their marketing campaigns in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of each campaign and the specific choices made.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build and maintain/oversee our content platform and social media marketing.
  • Oversee Marketing Operations, Graphic Design and Editorial team.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns that use smart segmentation, messaging and A/B testing to meet our leads and conversion goals.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Drive engagement on social platforms including LinkedIn and Circle (community platform).
  • Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests for all website goals.
  • Identify and optimize conversion points and user funnels.
  • Collaborate with team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Brainstorm, build, and implement new and creative growth strategies for our community across channels.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements and skills
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience effectively managing a team in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email and social media marketing, and relevant strategies.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and experience creating and implementing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate action specific for each segment.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and sales funnels/journeys as well as A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot)
  • Previous knowledge on how to capture, track, and measure marketing activities.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.

Salary

Salary for this position is in the range of $75,000 to $95,000, depending on experience level, plus health and retirement benefits that increase your total compensation well above your base salary.

Work Location and Travel
